Zimbabwe, in contrast to Kenya (and Malawi), has a history from 2000 onwards of deeply disputed elections and petitions taken by the losers to the Zimbabwe courts. The webinar examined the way in which the Courts in Kenya have successfully dealt with disputed elections and won the confidence of the Kenyan citizenry and will contrast the Kenyan experience with the resolution of disputes by the courts in Zimbabwe.
