The Research and Advocacy Unit (RAU) wishes to express its sorrow at the untimely death of Dr. Alex Magaisa. We hold that Alex Magaisa was the living proof of the adage that the pen is mightier than the sword as over the years he has been both a fearless and erudite exponent of critical comment on national affairs.
